Background

All new, competing renewal, and most non-competitive renewal applications to the Heath Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) must be submitted via Cayuse/Grants.gov.  These applications may have a HRSA electronic HandBook (eHB) step, in addition to a Cayuse/Grants.gov step.
